Rep Omar blames NRA for Virginia beach shooting

Rep Ilahn Omar called for Congresss to confront the NRA about Friday’s shooting in Virginia Beach.
She responded by tweeting:
NBC news reported that the attacker obtained his gun legally meaning that the shooter passed a background check.
The shooting was carried out by a black 40 year old utility worker. He used a .45 handgun which was purchased legally.
How is the NRA to blame for this psycho?
