Adele Reveals Diet Secret at Drake’s Birthday Party

Singer Adele reportedly lost over 30 pounds, and headed out on the town to celebrate with Drake. She attributes her amazing transformation to hard work. She paired up with her friend, Ayda Field to do some pilates and lift weights.

Adele and Drake has been low-key friends for a long time. Back in February it was reported that the superstar pair visited a vape lounge and rented out an entire 32-lane bowling alley in Studio City during a night out and ate at Jerry’s famous deli.
This came months after the singer made an unexpected appearance at his show.
In October last year, Drake, who refers to himself as Champagne Papi on social media, was said to be thrilled after Adele watched him perform at a Los Angeles show without his prior knowledge.


For the sake of her voice, she ditched the 10 cups of sugary tea she used to drink each day and waved goodbye to alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine all “spicy, citrusy, and tangy” foods.
“It’s f***ing boring, but I don’t think you take your voice seriously until you’ve an accident,” she told Australia’s 60 Minutes of her 2011 vocal hemorrhage.
“I’m frightened all the time I’m going to damage my voice,” she admitted.

The Sirtfood Diet, which sees slimmers fill up on plant-based foods like kale, buckwheat, green tea and tumeric.
The foods are known as sirtuin activators, and are said to control the way the body processes fat and sugar and regulate the appetite in the process.

Green tea and cocoa powder are also on the menu, along with red wine and cheese.

However you look at it, the combination of weight training, pilates, and diet has certainly paid off. Adele looks ready to take on anything.
