The Black Lives Matter Rapper in Portland performed his newest song “Making a Change” last night.

The lyrics were about the rioting and looting in the city and how mistreated they claim they are by police.

We filmed the riots in Portland at City Hall last month, but we also wanted to see how everything looked the day after. The City Hall riot marked Day 90 of Portland, Oregon unrest.

Trump has offered aid, but Mayor Ted Wheeler has refused.
