Christian movie star Chris Pratt has often bragged how much he enjoys a good old fashioned Christian movie.
Now the movie star is going to take matter into his own hands and launch his very own Christian production company. Movies in Hollywood have continued to push the envelope over the years and pushed sex/LGBT/ and a variety of other things into children’s movies even.
Magamedia contributor 316exposure media put together this fantastic short movie displaying the moral decay of Hollywood.
What We Desperately Need: Chris Pratt Launches a Production Company to Create Entertainment for ‘One Nation, Under God, Indivisible’
Openly Christian actor Chris Pratt has started his own production company with a noble goal — one in which we’d all do well to invest: togetherness. Specifically, to mend “the growing divide in our country and world.”
On Tuesday, Chris posted to Instagram about the venture, with a sneek peek at Indivisible Productions’ office space.
Here’s how he introduced the (very awesome) video:
A musical sneak peak at the walls inside my office.
So grateful for each step of this wonderful journey.
I’ve started a company.
Our mission statement is to create entertaining content, focusing on themes which will help to bridge the growing divide in our country and world. You know, make the world a better place. No biggie, you’re welcome, but it’s whatever.
What a wonderful notion.
It’s such a simple concept: unity. Yet, there don’t seem to be a whole lot of people trumpeting it.
I see talk of it from time to time in politics, yet its mention appears to be frequently weaponized against the other side.
We will never all agree; but there was a time when Americans found a way to view things through different eyes yet embrace one another with allied hearts. To quote Sam Cooke, Lou Adler, and Herb Alpert, “What a wonderful world this would be…”
So what kind of content will Pratt’s production peeps produce? The Daily Wire has an idea:
[I]f they are in any way aligned with his brand, they will most likely be projects that extol the virtues of faith while being understanding of people’s differences.
Let’s find out together — in unity.
